"I really wanted to just get in..."
I really wanted to just get in, look around, and understand what I was buying, but the site made that way harder than it needed to be. Basic information felt like it was buried in random places, and the menus didn’t feel very organized to me, so I kept clicking back and forth trying to piece everything together. After a while, I realized I still wasn’t totally sure what the product included or what I was actually selecting, which is not a great feeling when you’re trying to make a purchase.

The checkout process didn’t really help either, because it felt like there were too many steps and not enough clear explanations along the way. I kept second-guessing myself, wondering if I had missed something or chosen the wrong option. Maybe some people are fine with how it’s set up, but for me it was just frustrating and kind of exhausting, and I ended up giving up instead of finishing the order.

"Decent product, support was a whole journey"
The product itself is fine, honestly. Nothing amazing, but it does what it’s supposed to do. The fun part was dealing with tech support when I had a charging issue. I got to explain the same problem several times over email, which was super efficient, obviously. Replies took a while, and a few of them felt like they were pulled straight from a template without really reading what I wrote. To be fair, they did eventually try to help and the issue got handled, but it took way more days than it should have for something simple. So yeah, not terrible, but I wouldn’t exactly call it a great experience either.

"Honestly, this app barely works for me"
The app keeps disconnecting, it gets really annoying to use after a while. I wanted to like it, but it’s just been frustrating every time I try to do anything.

"Delivery showed up in rough shape"
I ordered from bluettipower.com, the delivery part wasn’t great. The box arrived looking beat up, with crushed corners and the tape already coming loose, like it had been through a lot before it got to me.

The unit itself had a few marks on it too. Nothing major enough to stop it from working, but for something this expensive, there’s something about it arriving like that that just doesn’t feel right.
It does work so far, so I’ll give it that, but the condition it came in definitely made me a little less confident. Support also took a while to respond, so overall it wasn’t the best experience

Umm, I was disappointed with how long the shipping took. I ended up waiting almost two weeks for my order to arrive, which felt way too long.

"Cable didn’t fit my Bluetti"
I bought this cable thinking it would work with my Bluetti, but it didn’t fit my unit. Compared to other accessories I’ve used, this one just wasn’t compatible, so it ended up being a miss for me.

"I hopped on the site just trying to..."
I hopped on the site just trying to find a battery, thinking it would take a few minutes, but it turned into a bit of a headache. The page kept jumping around while I was browsing, the filters weren’t very clear, and everything seemed to load slower than it should. I was on my phone, and even the cart felt glitchy, like it wasn’t sure what I was trying to do. After about 20 minutes of messing with it, I just gave up. The site could really use a cleaner layout and a smoother shopping experience.

"This thing quit way too fast"

"I was expecting this to be pretty..."
I was expecting this to be quiet for home use, but the fan noise is kind of annoying even when it’s not doing much. Maybe I’m being picky, but it feels louder than it should be on low load.

"Works fine, but the ports are a letdown"
The power station itself works okay, but the port selection feels limited for what it costs. I was expecting more USB-C ports and maybe another outlet, especially when trying to run a few devices at the same time. I also had to chase them for a proper response when I raised the issue, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be

"Too pricey for what it is"
I’ll be honest, I don’t really feel like bluettipower.com gives you great value for the money. The prices are quite high, and after checking a few other places, it’s a bit frustrating to realize I probably could’ve found something similar for less elsewhere.

For what I paid, I was expecting it to feel a lot more premium. It’s not terrible, but it just doesn’t justify the cost in my opinion. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but personally, I wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Something felt a little off"
I ordered from Bluetti Power the whole experience was just kind of meh. The power station does work, so I’ll give it that, but the delivery took longer than they said it would and customer support was slow to get back to me. For what I paid, I expected things to be a lot smoother. Maybe it was just bad timing, but the delays and vague replies made me a bit suspicious. Not the worst purchase ever, but I’m not exactly thrilled with how it all went.

"The Bluetti does work fine, so..."
The Bluetti does work fine, so I feel a little embarrassed even complaining about it, but the build just doesn’t feel as solid as I thought it would for the price. The plastic casing feels kind of thin, and the buttons don’t have that sturdy feel I was expecting. The handle has also started to wobble a bit after light use. Maybe I just got a not-so-great one, but I expected it to feel tougher.

"Checkout was kind of a hassle"
I tried checking out on bluettipower.com, and... yeah, it was more annoying than I expected. After I entered my card info, the page just kind of hung there, so I had to refresh and start the whole thing over. The payment did eventually go through, but I didn’t get a clear confirmation right away, which was a little stressful. Not the worst experience ever, just... frustrating

"Easy enough to set up, with one small snag"
I set up my Bluetti unit over the weekend, and for the most part it was straightforward. The app didn’t connect right away, but after a few tries it finally worked. The manual could definitely be clearer in a couple spots though, I ended up having to look up one setting online. Once I got past that, everything seemed to run fine and charging looked normal. I’m happy with it overall so far, just wouldn’t say the setup was totally seamless.

"Firmware update made everything worse"
I ran the latest firmware update and somehow my unit started acting even weirder than before. I reached out to support and they basically just told me to wait. Like, what a joke. I’m really not happy with Bluetti right now.

"didn’t really hold up after a year"
it was great at first, but after about a year the battery started draining really fast and the screen glitches here and there. i also had to wait a while to hear back from support, which was frustrating. for the price, i expected it to last longer.
