Hello everyone,

I want to share my experience and warn you about the way Bluetti treats its once loyal customers. I am completely shocked by their behavior.

In February, I was fortunate enough to win a Bluetti cart in the Valentine's Day giveaway that was announced on February 23, 2023.

However, it has been 5 months and I still have not received the prize. The time delay is not the main issue here.

On April 14th, I started corresponding with Bluetti customer service. Finally, on May 23rd, I received an email from their "Groupcontest facebook colleague" apologizing for the delay and confirming that I am indeed the winner:

"Hello Aleks,

Our customer service colleagues have received information about your past winnings, and after verification, it has been confirmed that you are indeed one of the winners. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and would like to arrange for the prize to be reissued to you.

To proceed with the process, kindly provide us with your mobile phone number and the recipient's address. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

BLUETTI TEAM"

They asked for my mailing address, which they already had, but I provided it again. Since then, I have not received any response. They completely ignored my five polite emails, including one from July 6th:

"Hello Queenie,

My issue is still unresolved. Since May 23rd, I have not received any emails from Bluetti. I hope you have not forgotten about me. Any updates?"

As a result, a few days ago, I sent a direct and honest letter to customer service expressing my dissatisfaction with their attitude and questioning whether their lotteries are scams:

"Well, this is just rude. Are you cheating with these giveaways? My duty is to warn as many people as possible about your actions."

Today, I received an email "response" from the Bluetti bot, informing me that my rank in their loyalty program has been reduced to basic, despite having spent approximately 2500 euros on their products.

I wonder if this was their best answer to my question... This is just a warning about the company's behavior. I posted this text in the Facebook's BLUETTI EU CLUB group and left it as comments under their latest posts. As expected, it was immediately removed, and I was blacklisted by this sales marketing group.

Is it worth going through all this trouble when all I wanted was a regular company with normal customer service? Bluetti, your actions are disgraceful.

"The product could potentially be of good quality, but the customer service provided is absolutely terrible."
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. My power station stopped charging, but since it was under warranty, I contacted the company. I sent them a video and they assured me that they would arrange for the faulty item to be collected and replaced.

It took some time to get them to schedule the collection, but I didn't mind. However, this is where the real problems began. They had received the return for days before even confirming its arrival, despite me informing them that it had been delivered as they had requested.

Then, they informed me that the replacement had been sent and that I should wait 3-5 days. After 5 days passed, I inquired about the status, but they ignored my emails. Finally, after several emails, I received a response, which simply reiterated that I should wait 3-5 days for the replacement.

I don't mind waiting and going through the process of returning the item for a replacement. My issue lies with the blatant lies. They couldn't have sent it out last week if they are sending it out this week. Moreover, the lack of basic customer service is appalling. There is no apology for the delay, no explanations, and no proactive action on their part. I have to constantly chase them for updates, and even then, they lie about it.

Fortunately, I paid for the item with a credit card, so I have a paper trail for potential small claims court action. However, all I really want is to receive my item and for companies to take responsibility for their customer service.

Overall, I had a positive experience with their after-sales communication."
After purchasing the AC200 and PV200 from their website shop, I received an email with a ticket number for after-sales communication. This ticket number allowed me to easily access all my information and handle any inquiries. Additionally, I received confirmation of the dispatched order and tracking details. This level of service should be the standard for online sales. I give full marks to Yogi and the team.

"This company is a fraudulent Chinese operation."
This company is a Chinese scam. They sell products of low quality at high prices. I purchased a SP350W portable solar panel from them for 849 euros, advertised as 350 W. Unfortunately, it stopped functioning after only 50 days of active use. Despite being marketed as portable, it does not appear to be designed for that purpose. Furthermore, their customer service is extremely disappointing. Initially, they offer assistance, but once they realize the product is faulty, they redirect you to contact another Bluetti customer service representative in China. However, their sole purpose seems to be denying any responsibility as well. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. Although I will eventually receive a refund, the inconvenience caused is truly frustrating.

"What kind of service is this? I am extremely disappointed and frustrated."
I ordered an EB3A and received it one week later. The packaging was well done, with a box within a box. However, the product came with the wrong cables. Instead of an AC charging cable, they sent a solar charging cable, which is useless to me since I don't have solar panels. I have no means of charging this device now! I called Bluetti multiple times, using all three of their numbers, and finally got through to someone on their 800 number after almost an hour of listening to their terrible music and phone ringing sounds. When I finally got a response, the person was pleasant but not very helpful. They instructed me to contact someone else and send them a picture of the packing materials along with an explanation of the cable issue. They assured me that they would send out the AC cable. The problem is, I am currently unable to send photos. The person said it was fine and to just send the email. However, I tried to send the email but there is no way to do so on their website. I tried multiple times but couldn't get through to them. So now I'm still stuck without a way to charge my unit. I guess I'll have to contact VISA and file a claim against these guys. I will definitely be returning this product!

"I own two AC200P units."
I purchased two AC200P units and they both arrived promptly after placing the order. Unfortunately, one of the units had a minor issue due to mishandling by the courier. I reached out to Blutetti and they responded to my emails promptly, within an hour. They informed me that they would send a replacement unit and arrange for the faulty unit to be collected. I must say, their customer service is top-notch, which is why I am giving them a five-star rating.

"This product is defective and the customer service is absolutely terrible."
I spent over 8K on a Bluetti AC300, two B300 batteries, and two solar arrays. They arrived promptly and were well packed. They charged normally as expected. However, when I tried to use the system under load, the AC300 completely failed and emitted a very unpleasant acrid odor. It was evident that it had never been tested before leaving the factory. Initially, I attempted to call the company, but I was unable to reach a person as the voice mailbox was always full. Subsequently, I contacted their customer service and received only two responses after waiting for 3 weeks. The second response requested information that I had already submitted. All I wanted was to have my unit repaired or replaced. On the other hand, I keep receiving emails from them trying to sell me additional products. It appears as if the company might be planning to go out of business soon. Could this be a case of fraud?

"There seems to be something off about this company. It feels suspicious!"
I had planned to purchase around $9000 worth of generator products from Bluetti, but I wanted to speak to someone from the company to ask a few questions beforehand. Unfortunately, despite calling their customer service more than twelve times over the course of a week, none of my calls were answered. Both the tech support and logistics numbers had full mailboxes, so I couldn't leave a message, and naturally, my calls were never answered there either. After looking into it further, something about this company doesn't sit right with me. It seems very suspicious! I've been around long enough to know that if you sense something is wrong, even if you can't pinpoint the exact issue, it's best to avoid the whole situation, which is exactly what I've done. I just wanted to warn others to be cautious if they are considering doing business with Bluetti.

"The Eb70 ceased to function after a mere three months."
The Eb70 device ceased functioning after just three months of use. Despite sending multiple emails to the company, I have not received any response. It has now been a month and a half, and I am still waiting for a resolution. In order to recover my funds, I have initiated a claim through PayPal.

There has been absolutely no response to my emails. The dispatch time for 'in stock' products is extremely poor, to say the least. It would be nice to receive an update or at least a reply. Unfortunately, there is no contact number provided on their website, so I am unable to call them. I guess I'll have to make the effort to drive down to their warehouse in Chesterfield. If you decide to purchase anything from this company, make sure to pay by credit card so you are protected under section 75 in case they disappoint you.

"This product is absolutely fantastic! However, it is crucial to follow the instructions provided."
I extensively researched various companies for over a year before making a decision. I was aware that Bluetti was planning to release a new product, the 200 Max, so I patiently waited instead of ordering the 200 P. Fortunately, my patience paid off as the 200 Max offers 30 sockets that can be easily connected to my trailer, along with four additional outlets. Additionally, they have upgraded their solar panel to 350 watts each. I placed my order and received everything within a week. Upon testing it, I found that everything worked perfectly. However, it should be noted that there have been reports of issues from other individuals who have purchased items from Bluetti. Personally, I had a positive experience as they promptly answered my call even at 6 o'clock in the evening.

"The customer service was absolutely terrible - I cannot recommend it."
I purchased the Bluetti AC200p and decided to test it with my 2x200w solar panels. However, I encountered an issue where it detected a low voltage input but did not register any charging power (0 watts). I conducted thorough tests on all components including the panels, wires, and solar connector, and they all functioned properly. It was evident that the battery reading was inaccurate, and after reading other reviews, it seems that other customers have experienced the same problem.

I contacted Bluetti to request an exchange, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response for over a week. Concerned about the expiration of my 30-day warranty, I decided to reach out to Amazon and open a claim. Only then did Bluetti customer support finally respond to me.

What could have been a simple exchange process if they had been more responsive to phone calls and emails turned into a frustrating experience. This has led me to request a full refund and lose interest in purchasing any more of their products. It is disheartening to spend thousands of dollars on a product only to find that the warranty they offer becomes meaningless if they do not provide proper support.

Personally, I would not take the risk again. I recommend choosing a more reliable company that not only offers great products but also provides excellent customer support for those products.
